  • If your company is already on ScrapConnect, let the user administrator at your company know you would like access; they will be able to set you up.

  • If you don't know who your user administrator is, contact your DJJ representative for help.
A user administrator is a designated person at your company responsible for managing all the users and user access for your company.

Go to the Sign In screen in the upper, right-hand corner of ScrapConnect and click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your email address and click the "Reset" button.

An email will be sent with a link to reset your password. You will need to enter your email address and new password.
We require a verification from your email account as a security measure to prove that you are in possession of the email address entered.

This is a one-time procedure, unless you change your email address on your account.
Since your phone is used for two-factor authentication, we must first ensure that you are the owner of the device.
Two-factor authentication adds an extra level of security to an account login by not only requiring something you know (login and password), but also something in your possession (email or phone).

We have added this extra security to help protect your account and your company's valuable information. We won't ask for it all the time - only when we've detected that it is a good idea to verify your login.
